If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryand include photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
